Meet MedTrust Provider Advocates

Welcome to MedTrust Provider Advocates!

While our brand, our company name and our website is new, our work is not. We have been serving healthcare providers for over twenty years under the name Jan Dimmitt Resources. Since 2002 Jan and her team have successfully managed thousands of credentialing engagements for providers. Going forward we are renewing our commitment to excellence and expanding our team and our services to include even more provider types. Also, we are serving our clients through our traditional consulting engagement as well as some exciting new ways including an on-demand guidebook series, a masterclass series and eventually an in-person conference.

Our reason for pursuing this work remains the same; MedTrust Provider Advocates is on a mission to transform the business of healthcare. We envision a world where healthcare works for everyone; providers are honored for their expertise, medical staff are celebrated for their dedication and patients are well-cared for, and the administrative burden of modern day healthcare is alleviated.

What we will deliver is best-in-class training and operational strategies for medical administrative professionals who need to navigate the complicated world of payor management.

And how we will execute this is through on-demand guidebooks, online courses, in-person training and 1-1 consulting. We will put 20 years of expert knowledge at your fingertips so that medical administration professionals and healthcare providers will have the skills and resources to make credentialing easy and hassle-free.

Our commitment to our clients means that we will advocate on their behalf every step of the way.

We value hard work, precision, transparency, honesty and ethical practices in healthcare. When you work with MedTrust Provider Advocates you are getting a commitment that,

  • Medical administrative professionals will be well-equipped to manage, maintain and troubleshoot payor management by taking MedTrust’s best-in-class training.
  • Medical administrative professionals will know how to implement operational strategies to ensure that the office is profitable and runs smoothly.
  • Healthcare providers will finally have someone on their side when dealing with insurance companies.
  • The administrative headache of working with insurance companies will be drastically alleviated.
